SDNETCOM will honor all warranties according to the manufactures warranty. If an item is faulty, and it is covered under warranty, we will procure the item and will charge the customer for shipping and handling and the labor that is needed to replace this item. If it takes less than thirty minutes, there will be no labor charge to the customer. Most replacements can be accomplished with in thirty minutes. We will, at the time of discovery of the faulty item, inform the customer of the required amount of time needed to replace the said item and/or the estimated labor charge. SDNETCOM has a thirty-day return policy on all stocked items purchased, except software. There are no returns allowed for software. All special ordered item returns will be at the desecration of SDNETCOM. Receipt of item must be present in order for an item to be returned. All special orders/custom builds will require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total price at the time of the order. All other Return and/or Cancellation issues will be handled case by case by SDNETCOM.
